Manulife Issues NON-SUPPORT Memo — REVERSAL from Nov-Dec Support

Event Narrative

Manulife sends formal 'Generic Non-Support Memo' (NSNC) to Kelly Kreutzweiser. This is the REVERSAL: Nov 20 SUPPORT → Dec 17 SUPPORT → Feb 2 NON-SUPPORT. The reversal coincides with Vanessa Palmer killing the WFM (Jan 2) and Kelly pushing RTW (Jan 2). During this same period, PHQ-9 actually WORSENED (17→17→18 with self-harm). The reversal was driven by employer pressure, not medical improvement.
