In the call: Kelly says Rod 'never come forward to corporate HR' (contradicting her own C-08 Dec 8 email). Lucas responds 'you and I are very much on the same page.' Kelly mentions 'legal now overviewing' and discusses holding salary. This proves employer-insurer coordination BEFORE the NSME decision.
