Dr. Abd El Mesih's office faxes Manulife AGAIN on February 11, stating: 'Further to your request dated Feb. 11, Please note we faxed the requested reports Feb 2 and again Feb.6. If you have any new questions please fax it to us.' This third fax proves: (1) Doctor sent records Feb 2 (3 days BEFORE NSME), (2) Re-sent Feb 6 (1 day AFTER NSME), (3) Manulife was STILL requesting records on Feb 11 — 6 days after making the decision. NSME was made without reviewing available medical evidence.
